Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with RecordMan. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You will not be charged again after cancellation.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused days in the current period.

Refund Eligibility

We offer a full refund if you request one within 7 days of your initial subscription charge and have not made significant use of paid features during that period. Subsequent renewal charges are non-refundable.

Billing Errors

If you were charged in error (e.g., a duplicate charge or a charge after cancellation), contact us and we will issue a full refund promptly.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us through the support channel in your account settings with your account email and a brief description of the issue. We respond within 2 business days.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
