The Service

RecordMan provides tools for cataloguing and managing personal audio collections, including vinyl records, CDs, and digital media. Features vary by subscription tier.

Your Account

• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• One person or business entity may not maintain more than one free account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or another user's account.
• Use automated means to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the service.
• Transmit malware, spam, or any content that is harmful or deceptive.
• Resell or sublicense access to the service without written permission.

Your Data

You retain ownership of the collection data you enter into RecordMan. By using the service you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that data solely to provide the service to you.

Subscriptions and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Prices are displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. See our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or suspend the service temporarily. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that market valuation data (sourced from Discogs, eBay, or other third parties) is accurate or complete.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RecordMan is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RecordMan operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
