Common questions
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan needs nothing but an email address, and you can search, barcode-scan, and catalog records the moment you sign in. Upgrade only if you outgrow it.
What happens when I reach 100 records on Free?
Your records are never deleted or locked. Adding new ones past the limit asks you to upgrade — everything already in your collection stays fully usable.
Do I need a Discogs account?
Only for live pricing, valuations, and selling. Searching and barcode scanning work with zero setup. Discogs accounts are free — connect yours in Settings → Integrations.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions run to the end of the period you paid for, then the workspace drops back to Free. No partial-month lock-ins.
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit and debit cards, processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
